Prevalence of Sports Injuries before and during COVID-19 Quarantine among Adults of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Aims: This study aims to compare the incident rate of sports injuries before and during COVID-19 quarantine among active nonactive adults identify patterns, types sites injuries.
 Study Design: Cross-sectional study.
 Place Duration Study: A self-administered online survey was conducted in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, between June 2020 November 2020.
 Methodology: We a descriptive, cross-sectional web-based on Arabia. total 537 respondents from Riyadh completed questionnaire. The included who are also residents Riyadh. Residents other cities younger than age 18 or older 64 were excluded.
 Results: participants fulfilled criteria. More half aged 24 years (54.7%). Of those did not exercise quarantine, 42.9% (n = 91) started while 26.5% 86) exercised stopped quarantine. Running walking most common practiced by 70.9% 63.1% Muscle strain/tears (26.2%), bruises injury (28.6%). Soccer basketball affected quarantine.
